Usually, We confirm the color with our customers in two ways.
Firstly, it is the best way that you can send us your actual sample. We will make a color counter sample for your confirmation.
Secondly, we can use the PANTONE standard color for confirmation.
Flame Resistance is critical for most of the PVC Tarpaulin we use as Truck Cover, Tent, Side Curtain, and so on.
Common Flame Resistance standards worldwide include B1, M1, M2, and NFPA701. We can produce PVC Tarpaulin fabric that meets local fire retardant standards according to customers’ requirements all over the world.
To reach the Flame Resistance standards of different levels, we will add an Anti-flame agent into PVC Formula. And of course, the cost is additional.
PVC Tarpaulin Material has good chemical stability and corrosion resistance but poor resistance to high temperatures and UV rays. As we know, UV Resistance is essential for most of the PVC Tarpaulin we use in an outdoor environment.
Generally, we use ISO 4892-2-A Standard to measure the UV resistance of PVC tarpaulin Roll. The strength should be not less than 50% of the original value after UV exposure after 360hours.
